Breakfast

30g weetabix crispy minis, chocolate chip with 175ml of whole milk 

Lunch

mug shot chicken and sweetcorn noodles 

Dinner

nothing 

in between

low calorie/sugar free carbonated drinks. all varieties 
mineral water, still/sparkling, plain 


Today was really good and l never had nothing for dinner but l use no syns today but tomorrow is weigh in day l am hoping l have lost some weight and l get to put my Christmas wish on the slimming world tree tomorrow and l had pepsi max cherry today which is no syns and l been drinking water and any loss is good on my first week
