slimming world cottage pie with cauliflower, carrots, runner beans and peas 

in between 

mineral water still/sparkling plain

today l been healthy and l am really enjoying it and l am loving the food and l like drinking water now

l had a good day today l did not use any syns and l am weighing myself daily and l seem to have lost a bit more weight and l love eating apples and l started walking bits
