Everyday Extra Easy




















The group consultant explains the wealth of filling and slimming foods that can be eaten without weighing, counting or measuring when food optimising. These are known as free foods and they are the secret to a slimmers success. 

Extra Easy (EasySP) is all about speed foods and protein rich foods. To make an easy SP meal ensure that at least a third of the plate is speed foods and two thirds of the plate is filled with free foods. 

When signed up to Slimming World you will receive a booklet about easy SP and meals that can and cannot be eaten. For example, All Bran Cereals (40g) can be had to replace sugary cereals. Also in this booklet there are tips and "Did You Know?" sections about foods. There are recipes throughout this booklet for anyone on Slimming World who enjoys trying new foods that will help the slimmer on their way to losing weight. 

The booklet provides ways to make vegetables more appetizing and more appealing for those who are not really used to vegetables or who do not like the taste of vegetables. 

Slimming World does not tell you to cut out all the things that are normally not allowed on diets such as alcohol but how to enjoy alcohol without going over the allowed syns.
