Lunch

Slimming World Chicken and Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta

Dinner

Slimming World Cottage Pie with Cauliflower,Runner beans,Carrots and peas 


In between

Mineral water, still/sparkling, plain
Low calorie/sugar free carbonated drinks, all varieties
apples 


today was a really good day and l am going to lose more weight this week l can do it and l will be carrying through with this healthy eating and keep up drinking water and cutting down on fizzy pop and keep up the healthy eating because it is paying off.
