Breakfast

weetabix crispy minis, chocolate chip with 175ml whole milk

Lunch

2 Morrison's snack pork sausage rolls which are 5 syns each 

Dinner

1 Morrison's snack pork sausage rolls which is 5 syns

in between

2 low calorie/sugar free carbonated drinks, all varieties 
mineral water, still/sparkling, plain
apples 

Today was slimming world weigh in day l was thinking l did not lose anything because it was my first week and my scales at home said l was still the same weight and somedays l would not eat three meals in one day and l had some syns during the weeks and sometimes l went over them but l went to be weighed and l lost 4.5lb which was good in my first week and l got asked what l want to see next week l said just a loss
