Saturday 24th October






















Start weight: 16st 9.5lb

Height: 5ft 8ins

Breakfast

30g Weetabix crispy minis chocolate chip with 175ml of whole milk

Lunch

2 slimming world burgers on Kingsmill 50/50 soft white rolls at 7 ½ syns each

Dinner

 Slimming world sauce with beef mince, dried pasta, carrots and tomatoes

In between 

l had apples, pears and water


Today l had 3 meals  and some fruit and water and l am enjoying drinking water even though l am not a fan but l am drinking it l helped my sister cook dinner spaghetti Bolognese with slimming world sauce and it was yummy and l really enjoyed it and l used my 15 syns and l did not go over my daily syns and l really enjoyed my breakfast, lunch and dinner and l am looking to weigh in day and l am not missing the fizzy pop and l can have a bit of fizzy pop but it would have to be Morrison’s appleade or Pepsi max cherry but l am happy drinking water. I can do this healthy eating l can lose this weight.
