1 1/2 weetabix weetabix banana with 175ml of whole milk

 Dinner

chicken with runner beans,carrots,cauliflower,peas and potato 

In between

Mineral water, still/sparkling, plain
apples 



l had a good day today l did not use any syns and l am weighing myself daily and l seem to have lost a bit more weight and l love eating apples and l started walking bits
